How do I get Discord access?+

After a successful Whop purchase, connect Discord through Whop and join the server to unlock your included access.

How do account tiers work?+

Account tiers broaden how many supported retailers you can run with us. Account 1 is a focused setup when you want to prioritize one retailer. Account 2 gives you room to run two retailer setups with more flexibility. Account 3 is the full setup for the broadest coverage across our supported retailers—including Pokémon Center, Target, and Walmart—based on current availability.

What happens if my membership expires?+

Paid access roles are removed when the membership ends, keeping access organized for everyone.
